NETBALL CARNIVAL POSTPONED AFTER CLUBHOUSE FIRE

The Ballina Netball Association has sadly had to postpone one of its biggest events of the year, in the wake of a suspected arson attack.

The junior netball carnival has been pushed back, after a fire in the clubhouse caused $50,000 in damage.

But, it seems the old netball catchcry “here if you need” is still in effect…

The association says it’s been offered support by Ballina Shire Council and Netball New South Wales, to help get back on its feet.
