He captured the hearts of the Central Coast community, but Chittaway bay toddler, Jimmy Jurd, who was battling a rare brain tumour, has tragically lost his fight for life.
His Aunt paid an emotional tribute on Facebook, saying “It’s hard to forget someone who gave you so much to remember.”
More than $200,000 had been raised by the community to help support Jimmy and his family.
A memorial service will be held to celebrate his life tomorrow.
