Celebrations tonight for the Newcastle North Stars, who’ve beaten Canberra to win the Australian Ice Hockey League grand final for the second year in a row.

Goalie Dayne Davis was named MVP, as Newcastle claimed the Goodall Cup for the sixth time in the club’s history.
