Lismore City Lions Club is looking forward to seeing the town’s iconic Lions fountain restored to its former glory, after members handed council almost $70,000 towards its refurbishment.
The handover follows the club’s successful campaign to save the ageing structure from demolition.
It’ll now be restored, with artwork outlining the history of the organisation, added nearby.
