And a primary example is a man who has returned to his former high school, Oxley High School, in Tamworth to encourage students to dream big.
Aeronautical engineer, Philip Bryden, now lives in the United States developing space shuttles and launch vehicles for NASA.
Mr Bryden told the students that the mentors and leadership they have now will set them up for life.
