Changes to a development application for a controversial subdivision at McLeans Ridges, have just scraped through council, with Lismore Mayor Jenny Dowell forced to use her deciding vote.
Despite opposition from nearby residents and necessary road upgrades costing almost $100 thousand, Dowell says it was the right decision for the community.
