After only one appearance for the Melbourne Storm this year, former Farrer student Tom Learoyd-Lahrs has announced his retirement from the NRL.
His career peaked in 2009 and 2010, representing New South Wales and Australia, before being struck down by injuries for much of the last five years.
The 30 year old also played 109 matches for Canberra over nine seasons.
