The Peel Valley Water Users Association has warned further cutbacks to water supply could prove devastating to the region’s irrigators.
It comes as Shadow Water Minister Barnaby Joyce calls for policy to cap future buybacks under the Murray Darling Basin Plan at 1500 gigalitres.
