A police officer is facing two counts of malicious damage after an alleged incident at a Budgewoi hotel late last year.
In December police were called to a disturbance which allegedly resulted in two vehicles being damaged.
After a lengthy investigation the 22-year-old constable was arrested.
He will appear in Wyong Local Court in June.
