TAMWORTH WELCOMES BABY EMUS

For the first time in five years, Tamworth’s Marsupial Park has welcomed the arrival of two baby emus.
The chicks were among 10 eggs laid, all sitting under a male emu for around 60-days.
It’s hoped they will be joined by at least four more babies expected to hatch from another nest.
The park will now run a competition to name the youngsters.
