Cabramatta Bowling Club has taken home the Open Fours division of the Women’s State Championships at Tuncurry.
The team, which consists of several national and world champions including Karen Murphy, was favourite heading into today’s finals.
The Sydney-siders cleaned up with 32-shots, ahead of Newcastle’s Stockton Bowling Club on 14-shots.
In the Senior Fours, Wiseman Park Woollongong City claimed the title.
This year’s State Championships has seen a record number of bowlers competing across five divisions.
The singles will be the last division to hit the green, with round one kicking off tomorrow morning.
