A 23-year-old man has been charged after police found jewellery worth an estimated $4,000 in a West Tamworth causeway.
Police say they searched the area after receiving information about stolen goods.
The man’s been charged with receiving and disposing of stolen property, and will reappear before Tamworth Local Court next month.
