A 48-year-old man accused of murdering a Newcastle resident in October has been refused bail in a Sydney court.
Michael Peter James Kaine, who was extradited from South
Australia, appeared via video link at Parramatta Local
Court.
He is charged with murdering Dennis Griffin, 62 at Waratah on October 4th.
The matter was adjourned to Newcastle Local Court on January 10.
