A six-year-old girl is still fighting for life in hospital, after a horror head-on crash on the New England Highway near Singleton yesterday.
The female driver of the car also remains at the John Hunter Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
The male driver of the four-wheel-drive was discharged today.
Police are still investigating what led to the crash.
