MIXED START FOR AUSSIES AT YOUTH WATER POLO CHAMPIONSHIPS

Merewether High students Matt Humby and Mitch Robinson found the back of the net as Australia made a mixed start at the World Youth Water Polo Championships in Hungary.

The Aussies lost their opening match 10 goals to six against Montenegro, but recovered to beat Egypt in their second game.

Humby was on target against the Egyptians, while Robinson bagged his second of the tournament, as Australia claimed a healthy win, 11 goals to seven.

Our next game is against South Africa tomorrow.
