RYAN NAMED FORWARD OF THE YEAR IN MAJOR LEAGUE RUGBY COMPETITION

Tamworth’s Paddy Ryan has produced an impressive debut season playing for San Diego Legion in America.

The tight-head prop was this week named forward of the year, for the entire Major League Rugby competition.

He was also selected in the All-Major League Rugby first 15 team.

It’s a new rugby chapter for Ryan, having finished playing for the New South Wales Waratahs at the end of last season.
