A well known Finks bikie gang member is in Southport watch house tonight after being extradited from New South Wales on murder charges.
He’s one of two men charged over the balcony death of Tumma Cousins in Surfers Paradise last month.
It comes as police fight to outlaw the Gold Coast chapter of The Finks.
But a local lawyer warns, the move will only serve to push any criminals further underground.
