Tamworth Airport will host 2 RAAF Hornets tonight as their pilots undergo diversion training.
The aircraft will take to the sky at around 8.45 to conduct several manoeuvres, including ‘touch-and-go’ landings.
It’s part of the training regime for junior pilots, aimed at improving their ability to land at night, and on alternate airfields.
