After three years, Falls Festival returns to Byron Bay.
Organisers have reviewed their traffic management plan, after Splendour In The Grass was recently fined $100,000 for causing traffic chaos to local schools in the area.
15,000 people are expected to be onsite each day at the North Byron Parklands.
