UNIT CATCHES FIRE AT NORTH GOSFORD

A fire has torn through a unit complex on the Central Coast.

Fire crews were called to a North Gosford property around 11am on Tuesday morning to find the top level apartment alight.

The fire spread through the roof, but crews managed to stop the blaze from destroying the whole building.

Approximately 30 people were evacuated safely and it’s not known when they’ll be able to return home.
