After more than a decade of decline there’s yet another move to restore the Old Newcastle Post Office to its former glory.
It’s understood the Awabakal Local Aboriginal Land Council will call for expressions of interest within two months – with the view to either sell the site or enter into a partnership.
The land council didn’t return NBN’s calls today.
