Jarryd Hayne has been hit with a fresh charge of aggravated sexual assault.
The alleged assault happened on September 30, 2018; the same night it is alleged the disgraced NRL player had sex with a 26-year-old woman without her consent.
His case was adjourned today and he is due to appear back at Newcastle Local Court on June 26.
