Council is investigation complaints about alleged anti-social behaviour at Nambucca’s skate park.
The park, which opened in 2009, has drawn criticism from some nearby residents who have complained about loud noise.
Groups of skaters spent more than 20 years rallying to have the Coronation Park venue.
A spokesman for the council said the venue is popular with young people who in the past skated on local roads.
The Nambucca Shire Council is currently seeking legal advice on the issue.
