Police are calling for public information following an attempted robbery in Casino this morning.
A 26-year old man sleeping in his car at Crawford Square was jolted awake by an unknown man demanding his phone and motorbike around 3.30.
The man managed to fight off the robber who left empty handed, but he was later taken to hospital with injuries to his arms, chest, and back.
Anyone with information is urged to come forward.
