A man’s been charged over the theft of a car from a Tweed Heads beach in April.
Police allege he took keys from a lock box on Coral Street and drove off in a white Toyota Prado – coming dangerously close to hitting pedestrians.
On Thursday – the 22-year-old was charged with multiple offences, including reckless driving and driving without a license.
He’ll front Tweed Local Court on October 21.
