Inquest investigates Corrective Services procedure after 2019 shooting of Dwayne Johnstone

An inquest into the fatal shooting of a man in the custody of Corrective Services today interrogated if the training in place for prison guards was adequate.

Dwayne Johnstone was shot dead in 2019 outside Lismore Base Hospital.
