you know nothing after four years, just the basics so how can anyone trust an eleco , plumber, fitter,mech, bricky or anytrade that the work is correct & to regulation .. this is just a money grab & i wont be confident or expect anything but substandard if these ideas are approved.. skilled experience cannot be taught or bought & 2nd year apprentices are not skilled trades men.
