Man arrested following Shoal Bay break-ins
The incidents took place in July this year.
A man has been charged following an investigation into several alleged break and enters at Shoal Bay earlier this year.
Police were called to Shoal Bay Road, Shoal Bay on Wednesday July 19 about 7am, following reports a number of shops had been broken into with cash stolen.
Investigators from established a crime scene and commenced inquiries into the incident.
Following this investigation, a 43-year-old man was arrested at a unit on Shoal Bay Road, Shoal Bay, on Friday September 8 at 10.30am.
He was taken to Raymond Terrace Police Station where he was charged with eight counts of destroy or damage property, and seven counts of break and enter house etc steal.
He appeared before court on Saturday September 9 , where he was formally refused bail to appear before the same court on Monday September 25.
