Friends, family and even strangers have gathered to celebrate the life of a brave young Newcastle girl, who lost her battle with leukaemia last week.
Poppy Grace Middleton was just 20-months-old, but in that tragically short time, she inspired hundreds of people to donate blood… and her family wants that to continue.
