Creditors of a collapsed Hunter building company have voted to wind up the business.
Excellence Developments went into voluntary administration in June, leaving at least 39 property owners stranded.
More than 30 of the company’s 200 creditors have attended a meeting, agreeing to appoint Macquarie Gordon as the liquidator.
Excellence owes around $3.6-million to creditors.
