The judge presiding over the case of a seven-year-old girl who was starved to death, has partially lifted an order not to publish the victim’s name.
Justice Robert Allan Hulme says the child can now be referred to by her middle name, Ebony, as denying her any form of identity would only add to the abandonment she suffered in life.
