A six year-old Blue Haven boy credited with saving his father’s life has received official recognition.
The New South Wales Ambulance Service has awarded Aidan Mooney a triple-0 star award, for calmly calling the emergency line when his father suffered a heart attack last week.
Aidan told the operator his name and address and his father’s symptoms, following a recent program at his school teaching children how to act in an emergency.
As a result, his father is making a full recovery.
