After finishing 11th in the Sydney Half Marathon at the weekend, Mark Warren is confident of a top 10 finish in this year’s City to Surf.
The Mingara athletics club member was just five minutes behind the winner, Kenyan Olympic gold medallist Reuben Kosgei.
