Detectives with Strike Force Noreen are seeking public assistance following the indecent assault of a seven-year-old girl in her Grafton home on Tuesday night.
Police say a man broke into the Queen Street house some time between 8pm and 7.30am the following day.
It’s the fourth such assault in the city in the past 18 months.
Last month, police released an image of a man wanted in relation to the assault of two young girls in another house last November.
Police are reminding homeowners to secure their premises at night.
