Another man also faced Lismore Court today over the alleged sexual assault of a six-year-old girl.
The 66-year-old was arrested at a home in Goonellabah by the State Crime Command’s Child Abuse Squad yesterday.
He’s charged with break and enter offences and sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 10 years.
He was refused bail and will appear before the same court on January 10.
