A man has suffered serious leg injuries in a quad bike accident near the Glennies Creek dam wall, north of Singleton.
Emergency services were called to a rural property at Lake St Clair shortly before 9.30 this morning, following reports a quad bike had rolled.
A specialist medical team had to be winched down to the scene to treat the 26-year-old due to the terrain.
He was flown to the John Hunter Hospital in a stable condition.
