Federal government data shows fewer than 1 in 6 people in the New England, North West are fully vaccinated against COVID.
Around 38 per cent of people aged over 15 have had one jab of either Pfizer or AstraZeneca.
Just 15 per cent have received both their doses.
The region is lagging behind much of the state, sitting at 24th out of 28 areas for the rollout.
