It’s been five days since 48-year-old Alexander Schlack went missing from Tamworth Hospital.
Police are now appealing for the public’s help to find the missing patient.
He’s described as being of Caucasian appearance, around 170 centimetres tall with a thin build and an unshaven face.
His family are very concerned, as Mr Schlack lives with a medical condition.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Narrabri Police Station.
