Two people have been seriously injured in a single car crash at Walgett.
Paramedics and the Toll Helicopter from Orange were called to the scene just after 1 am.
A 31-year-old man was airlifted to John Hunter Hospital with fractures and internal injuries.
A second patient was taken to Tamworth Rural Referral Hospital.
