On the Coffs Coast, students from 10 local schools walked out of their classrooms today, joining the climate protest.
More than 150 people stood together at Brelsford Park, demanding the government focus on ‘funding our future, not gas’.
After listening to passionate pleas and speeches, the group marched through town.
Protesters saying this is one of many – as they build up momentum lost during the pandemic.
