A man has been taken to hospital after falling off a mountain bike in the Ourimbah State Forest this morning.
The 20-year-old was riding through the bike track near Red Hill Road at around 10, before coming off his bike.
Emergency crews spent an hour at the scene stabilising the man, who suffered injuries to his shoulder and collarbone.
He was taken to John Hunter Hospital in a stable condition.
