The pandemic has seen this year’s ‘Taste Tamworth Festival’ cancelled.
Tamworth Regional Council made the call following reluctance from local businesses.
They fear government regulations on outdoor gatherings, food sampling and seating remain too strict for the event to go ahead.
The Festival would usually be run over four days in April to celebrate local produce and hospitality.
