PSYCHOLOGICAL EXAMINATION ORDERED FOR WOMAN CHARGED OVER ROAD RAGE
A woman charged over a frightening road rage incident in Newcastle in October will undergo a psychological examination.
Kristianne Bycroft was due to be sentenced today after pleading guilty to four charges including driving recklessly and predatory driving, but her case has been adjourned to April 30 so a psychological report can be prepared.
She didn’t apply for bail today and it was formally refused.
According to court documents, the chaos through the streets of Newcastle was sparked by a dispute over money.
