A man has died after the car he was driving left the road and crashed into a tree near Inverell yesterday.
The Holden Commodore utility was travelling south on Ashford Road at around 5.30am when the collision occurred.
The male driver, believed to be aged in his 40’s, died at the scene.
Investigations are underway.
