TAMWORTH WOMAN TO FRONT COURT AFTER ALLEGEDLY HITTING A POLICE CAR

A young woman will front court today in Tamworth after allegedly crashing into a police car during a pursuit.

Last Wednesday, police initiated a pursuit after the driver of a white Holden Commodore allegedly failed to stop on Chelmsford Avenue.

The pursuit was terminated a short time later for safety concerns, and the driver got away.
