INQUIRY INTO WARNERVALE AIRPORT RESTRICTIONS ACT REPEAL
A bill to remove restrictions on Warnervale Airport will be the subject of a parliamentary inquiry.
Legislation to stop a takeoff and landing cap of 88 movements a day passed the state’s lower house this week.
It is yet to head to the upper house.
Online submissions will be taken for the next week, seeking information on the economic, environmental and social considerations of removing the law.
It comes after an independent review found the Warnervale Airport Restrictions Act should be repealed.
