The North West Cancer Council is on track to reach its $6,000 target for Pink Ribbon Day.
The region has dug deep for the annual fundraiser, with all money raised going to breast cancer research, information and support services.
The North West Cancer Council’s Community Relations Coordinator, Kristy Reading, said already while we haven’t finalised our banking we’re already noticing our income is up on last year so it’s a really good feeling not just for us at the Cancer Council but of course for all those women that are going through a tough time with breast cancer at the moment.
