Two people have been taken to John Hunter Hospital after a truck carrying furniture rolled at Fern Bay this morning.
Emergency services were called to the corner of Nelson Bay Road and Seaside Boulevard just before 9:30.
Thankfully the occupants were able to free themselves from the truck with only minor injuries and were transported to hospital in a stable condition.
The truck has been removed from the scene and both roads have returned to normal.
