A 73-year-old woman is in a critical condition, after falling off her bike near Gloucester this morning.
Emergency services, including the Westpac Rescue helicopter, were called to Bucketts Road just before 10.30.
She suffered serious head injuries and was stabilised before being flown to John Hunter Hospital.
