Regional Express will trial direct flights from Lismore to Sydney next month.
They’ll depart daily at 6.40am and return just after 8pm.
The trial comes a month after the airline announced it was scrapping flights from Ballina to Sydney after 24 years.
It lodged a complaint with the ACCC against Qantas at the time.
